At the tea plantations of Adjara there is a master class on picking tea leaves, where you can take part in the process yourself and understand how the taste of real tea is formed from the very beginning.
During the day the country's tea history unfolds — from Soviet factories to modern production. We learn how the technologies changed and how tea is made today, and it all ends with a tasting of four kinds of tea, where it becomes clear what real tea should be like.
