Gomis MTA is a high-altitude resort in western Georgia, where people come for the sense of altitude, clean air and panoramas that make you want to stay forever. The road gradually climbs to the ridge, and the familiar landscapes give way to mountain slopes, wooden cottages and wide-open views.
The main magic of Gomis MTA is the clouds that often remain below road level. On a clear day, the views open up above the clouds, and in the evening the mountains become especially atmospheric: soft light, cool air and a feeling of being far removed from the city.
The tour is accompanied by a certified Georgian guide. Along the way there are historic sites, the tea heritage of Guria, optional tasting of traditional distillates, swimming in a mountain river in season, and a barbecue picnic among mountain panoramas.
