This journey through Georgia reveals the country through contrasts and emotions — from the sea coast to the powerful energy of the mountains. Here nature, the rhythm of life, traditions, the taste of Georgian cuisine and the country's special character come together.
This is not just a trip but a living experience — views, altitude, air, people and that very hospitality you want to return to. It is the kind of holiday after which your sense of life changes.
• The trip lasts 10 days and 9 nights
• Seasonal tour: from June to November
• Start is possible from Batumi or Kutaisi
Meeting guests at Batumi airport and transfer to the hotel. After check-in and a short rest, an evening walking tour of the city begins. This is your first acquaintance with Batumi and its main sights: the Black Sea promenade, the old town, squares, architecture and the lights of the evening resort.
The first half of the day is free. You can spend time by the sea, relax on the beach or take a quiet walk around Batumi.
In the second half of the day we set off for mountainous Adjara. Here you feel a calm rhythm of life, very different from the resort of Batumi. Along the way the guide shares stories of the region, telling about traditions and the life of local families. The trip passes amid mountain scenery and introduces the true Adjaran character.
Today we set off for Svaneti, one of the most impressive mountain regions of Georgia. The road gradually climbs into the mountains and opens up views of rivers, gorges and the high peaks of the Caucasus.
In the evening we arrive in Mestia. This is the main village of Svaneti, known for its ancient Svan towers and the atmosphere of an old mountain land.
The route passes through high-mountain Svaneti with a climb to Ushguli, where ancient towers have survived and views of Shkhara open up. Throughout the day the landscapes change, and almost every point of the route offers strong, memorable views.
In the second half of the day we continue on to Racha, where we get acquainted with the region's wine tradition. The day ends in the village of Khvanchkara, in a Racha family home, with a tasting of qvevri wine.
The day passes through the Racha region, where the route gradually leads away from towns towards nature and mountain spaces. Along the way the Shaori Reservoir, ancient monasteries and secluded places rarely reached on one's own open up.
The main part of the day is the climb to the Nine Crosses mountain. The walk goes through the forest and leads to the summit, where the Church of St. George and nine crosses stand. From here views of the mountain ridges open up. During the day the route is complemented by the Heart Waterfall and Nikortsminda Monastery, creating a rich and complete impression of the region.
This day combines nature and a relaxed atmosphere with powerful natural locations. Mountain air, a walk through the forest and open-air thermal springs create a feeling of calm and reset.
Then the day unfolds through history. The Uplistsikhe cave city shows the ancient history of these places, and Mtskheta with Svetitskhoveli Cathedral reinforces the sense of scale and significance of these sites. In a single day a complete picture of the country forms — through its nature, culture and history.
The morning is spent in Tbilisi with a walking excursion through the historic centre. We stroll through the old town, climb to panoramic viewpoints and along the way listen to stories about the formation of the capital, its culture and its role in Georgian history.
In the second half of the day we visit Jvari Monastery, from which a panorama of the confluence of the Kura and Aragvi rivers opens up, after which we continue on to Kutaisi. This day connects Tbilisi, its history and the road through the central part of the country.
The day passes at an intensive pace with many walks and impressions. In a single day we cover several powerful natural locations, among them the Prometheus Cave with its underground halls and the Martvili Canyon, which remains one of the most memorable places of the route.
Along the way we stop at thermal springs and make a lunch stop at a Georgian family café, after which the route reaches the sea and ends in Batumi.
A free day in Batumi. You can spend time by the sea, stroll along the promenade, sit in a café in the old town, drop by the Boni market for Georgian sweets, spices and tea, or simply relax after the busy days.
Everyone spends this day at their own pace, enjoying the atmosphere of the seaside resort town on the Black Sea.
For those planning to fly out from Tbilisi, a first-class Batumi–Tbilisi train is arranged. On arrival in Tbilisi — transfer to the hotel and free time in Tbilisi.
Breakfast at the hotel and free time before departure. Transfer to the airport and the end of the journey through Georgia.
We say goodbye to our guests and hope that this trip will stay in your memory with beautiful views, the atmosphere of Georgian hospitality and warm moments you will want to relive.
