This route runs through Batumi, mountainous Adjara, Kutaisi, Borjomi and Tbilisi, bringing together the country's most striking locations. In a short time you will see canyons, mountain roads, ancient monasteries, natural springs and cities with very different atmospheres.
This is an active and intensive journey with a packed programme, where every day is full of transfers, new places and impressions. The tour suits those who want to see the maximum of Georgia in a short time and are ready for a dynamic pace of travel.
• The trip lasts 5 days and 4 nights
• Start is possible from Batumi or Kutaisi
Meeting guests at Batumi airport and transfer to the hotel. After check-in and a short rest, an evening walking tour of the city begins. This is your first acquaintance with Batumi and its main sights: the Black Sea promenade, the old town, squares, architecture and the lights of the evening resort.
One of the most active days of the trip, with a great number of locations, walks and a constant change of impressions. In the morning we head towards mountainous Adjara, where getting to know the region happens on the move, with stories, atmosphere and vivid local colour.
In the second half of the day the route continues through natural locations. The Martvili and Okatse Canyons give a sense of scale and the true power of nature, and the day ends with dinner in a Georgian family home with traditional cuisine and an atmosphere of hospitality.
The day passes in an active rhythm with many locations and a constant change of impressions. In the morning the route begins with the historic sites of Kutaisi, after which we set off for Borjomi, where the day continues amid nature and mountain air.
In Borjomi the rhythm and feel of the route change: forest, mountain air and natural springs. If desired, we walk a forest trail with bathing in the open air. In the second half of the day we continue on, and the shift from nature to architecture and history is felt especially vividly when the route leads to Rabati Fortress.
The day passes through Georgia's key historical sites: the ancient Uplistsikhe cave city with more than 3000 years of history, and Mtskheta, one of the country's oldest capitals, where its depth and history are felt especially strongly.
In the second half of the day we arrive in Tbilisi and continue the route on foot: the old town, a climb to panoramic viewpoints and an evening walk through the historic districts.
Breakfast at the hotel and free time before departure. Transfer to the airport and the end of the journey through Georgia.
We say goodbye to our guests and hope that this trip will stay in your memory with beautiful views, the atmosphere of Georgian hospitality and warm moments you will want to relive.
*If you decide to stay in Tbilisi for a few more days, the trip can be extended to spend more time in the city; the airport transfer will be arranged at a time convenient for you. If needed, we will also help with choosing and booking a hotel.
