Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. General information

This document defines the conditions under which an individual ("User", "You") gives consent to the processing of personal data by the operator — an individual entrepreneur operating under the brand BatumiTrips ("Operator") — when using the website batumitrips.com.

2. When consent is given

Consent to the processing of personal data is deemed to have been given at the moment of performing one of the following actions:

• Filling in and submitting the "Contact us" feedback form.
• Submitting a tour booking enquiry.
• Sending a message via messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp) linked on the Site.
• Continuing to use the Site after reading this document.

You give consent to the processing of the following personal data:

• Name (or alias entered in the form).
• Phone number.
• Email address (if provided).
• Message content (text of the enquiry or booking request).

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal. The Operator undertakes to delete personal data within 30 calendar days of receiving the request, except for data whose retention is required by law.

9. Liability

The Operator is responsible for the safety of personal data in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and applicable GDPR provisions. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
